Friday 30th August Saturday 31st August If your children have enjoyed spotting the Flowerpot Creations,
why not bring them to one of our workshops where they'll be able to
make their own very special Flowerpot Creation to take home with them. Workshops are run by our expert Flowerpot Makers who'll help you and your children make your special Flowerpot Creation. The cost of attending a workshop is £7.50/child (adults are free!), payable in advance by Bank Transfer or Cash TERMS & CONDITIONS The workshops are suitable for children from 4yrs to teenagers. Children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of two children for each adult) who must be prepared to be 'hands-on' and happy to help the children make their flowerpot creation. The adult(s) is (are) responsible for supervising the safety of their child(ren) during the workshop, particularly regarding their use of tools, cable ties and paint. Acrylic Paints are used to decorate the Flowerpot Creations, so we strongly recommend that children and adults wear suitable protective clothing. Workshops are held in The Potting Shed at Watershed Mill (BD24 9LR) where there is plenty of FREE parking, toilets and a coffee shop. Places on each workshop are limited and allocated on a first-come-first served basis. Your booking is not confirmed until a completed Booking Form and full payment has been received.

If you cancel your booking for any reason within five days of the workshop, your payment will not be refunded unless we can sell your place to someone else. HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING AND PAYMENT STEP 1 Enquiry Check availability and make a provisional booking by contacting steve@visitsettle.co.uk ________________ STEP 2 Submission of Booking Form and Payment When we confirm your Provisional Booking, we will send you a Booking Form and Payment Details. Within 72hrs of receiving confirmation of your Provisional Booking, you must email a completed Booking Form(see note1) to steve@visitsettle.co.uk and make full payment by Bank Transfer(see note 2). ________________ STEP 3 Booking Confirmation Within 48hrs of receiving your completed Booking Form and Payment, we will send you an email confirming the booking. NOTES: Note 1: If you are unable to download The Booking Form and Payment Instructions, a copy can be collected from Cottontail Crafts (16 Duke Street, SETTLE, BD24 9DN) Note 2: If you are unable to pay by Bank Transfer, a Cash Payment can be made at Cottontail Crafts (16 Duke Street, SETTLE, BD24 9DN)
